How do you practice self-care?

I practice self care by taking the time to get set up for the week. I skip out on things that might make my day hectic or take away from the time I have set aside to clean, meal prep, or just get things in order for the week ahead. I notice a significant difference in how calm the weeks are when I do this vs. when I don’t.

I’m a planner and when things don’t go according to plan I get stressed. Not that I’m unable to adapt, because I am and can be flexible when needed but it usually results in me missing out or giving up on things I’ve set for myself.
