Sourdough adventures

Quite possibly the best loaf I have made yet. I started a starter months ago and recently started throwing all recipes to the wind. I judge based on the dough and how it’s acting. This should have been cinnamon rolls but it was over fermented – a little too gooey so I switched gears and made a cinnamon sugar loaf. It’s not the prettiest but it is the tastiest I’ve made yet!
